Biography

Prior to opening JP LAW: The Injury Attorneys, I was a partner at one of the largest personal injury law firms in Atlanta. It was a grind: a fast-paced environment with large caseloads. But I had the opportunity to help people from all walks of life, with all types and sizes of cases. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of fighting large corporations and insurance companies to obtain multiple multi-million-dollar results for my clients, and to uphold fairness, even in the smallest of “fender benders.”
 
In those fights, I learned something about myself: I took it personally when the insurance company messed with my client. I come from a family of immigrants. My father immigrated from Colombia, and my mother from the Philippines. I’ve seen them work hard to put food on the table and provide for a better future for their children. So when I see an insurance company trying to take advantage of someone just trying to provide for their family, I take that personally.
 
Over here, we don’t ask, we demand. We don’t play those “delay, deny, defend” games. We take what’s owed to get you what you deserve. Because when they mess with you, they mess with us. And one glance at my success and passion for what I do, and they’ll know better than to do that.
